CRIMES ACT 1914 SECT 15J
15J Application for certificate authorising a controlled
operation--by whom and to whom made
The Australian law enforcement officer who is in charge of a
controlled operation may apply to:
- (a)
- the Commissioner, a Deputy Commissioner or a senior
executive AFP employee who is a member of the
Australian Federal Police and who is authorised in
writing by the Commissioner for the purposes of this
section; or
- (b)
- a member of the National Crime Authority;
for a certificate authorising the controlled operation.
