CRIMES ACT 1914 SECT 15U

15U Evidentiary certificates
(1)
In a prosecution for an offence against section 233B of the Customs Act 1901 or an associated offence, a document purporting to be a certificate authorising a controlled operation, issued under section 15M, is to be tendered in evidence and is prima facie evidence of the facts stated in the document.
 
(2)
A document certified in writing by the Commissioner or the Chairperson of the National Crime Authority, as the case may be, to be a true copy of a certificate referred to in subsection (1) shall be tendered in evidence in a prosecution referred to in subsection (1) as if it were the original certificate.
