CRIMES ACT 1914 SECT 23XWH
23XWH Constable may request offender to consent to forensic
procedure
A constable may request:
- (a)
- a serious offender (other than a child or an
incapable person) to consent to an intimate or
non-intimate forensic procedure to which this Division
applies being carried out on the serious offender; or
- (b)
- a prescribed offender (other than a child or an
incapable person) to consent to the taking of the
offender's fingerprints.
