23XZ Admissibility of evidence relating to consent to
forensic procedure
Evidence of a person's refusal or failure to consent, or
withdrawal of consent, to a forensic procedure is not
admissible in proceedings against the person except to
establish or rebut an allegation that a constable or another
person investigating the commission of the offence concerned
acted contrary to law in carrying out that investigation.
