CRIMES ACT 1914 SECT 23YQ

23YQ Commissioner may delegate functions and powers
(1)
The Commissioner of the Australian Federal Police may delegate all or any of his or her functions and powers under this Part to a constable or staff member.

 

(2)
In subsection (1), staff member has the meaning it has in the Australian Federal Police Act 1979.
