CRIMES ACT 1914 SECT 25
25 Inciting mutiny
- (1)
- Any person who intentionally attempts:
- (a)
- to seduce any person serving in the Queen's Forces
from his duty and allegiance; or
- (b)
- to incite any person serving in the Queen's Forces
to commit an act of mutiny, or any traitorous or
mutinous act; or
- (c)
- to incite any person serving in the Queen's Forces
to make or endeavour to make a mutinous assembly;
shall be guilty of an indictable offence.
Penalty: Imprisonment for life.
- (2)
- In this section the expression "person serving in
the Queen's Forces" includes any person serving in an
arm of the Defence Force of Australia or in the armed
forces of the United Kingdom or any British possession.
