CRIMES ACT 1914 SECT 26
26 Assisting prisoners of war to escape
A person who intentionally aids an alien enemy who is a
prisoner of war to escape, or in his escape, from a prison
or place of confinement, or from the Commonwealth or a
Territory not forming part of the Commonwealth, shall be
guilty of an indictable offence.
Penalty: Imprisonment for life.
