CRIMES ACT 1914 SECT 30F
30F Prohibition of sale of books etc. issued by unlawful
association
Any person who intentionally prints, publishes, sells or
exposes for sale or who intentionally circulates or
distributes any book, periodical, pamphlet, handbill, poster
or newspaper for or in the interests of or issued by any
unlawful association shall be guilty of an offence.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months.
