CRIMES ACT 1914 SECT 30G
30G Forfeiture of property held by an unlawful association
All goods and chattels belonging to an unlawful association,
or held by any person for or on behalf of an unlawful
association, and all books, periodicals, pamphlets,
handbills, posters or newspapers issued by or on behalf of,
or in the interests of, an unlawful association shall be
forfeited to the Commonwealth.
