(1)

If, on a trial for an offence against section 50BA, the jury is not satisfied that the defendant is guilty of the offence, but is satisfied that he or she is guilty of an offence against section 50BC, it may find the defendant not guilty of the offence against section 50BA but guilty of the offence against section 50BC.

(2)

If, on a trial for an offence against section 50BB, the jury is not satisfied that the defendant is guilty of the offence, but is satisfied that he or she is guilty of an offence against subsection 50BD(1), it may find the defendant not guilty of the offence against section 50BB but guilty of the offence against subsection 50BD(1).
