CRIMES ACT 1914 SECT 7A
7A Inciting to or urging the commission of offences
If any person:
- (a)
- incites to, urges, aids or encourages; or
- (b)
- prints or publishes any writing which incites to,
urges, aids or encourages;
the commission of offences against any law of the
Commonwealth or the carrying on of any operations for or by
the commission of such offences, he shall be guilty of an
offence.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 12 months.
