85ZJ Interference with carrier facilities
- (1)
- A person shall not intentionally tamper or interfere
with a facility belonging to a carrier.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 1 year.
- (2)
- For the purposes of an offence against subsection (1),
absolute liability applies to the physical element of
circumstance of the offence, that the facility belongs to
a carrier.
