From the 20 September, 1999, the Commissioner has appointed Dr
Edwin Chadbourne to be the Executive Director, Human Resource
Services.
Dr Chadbourne has been appointed on a twelve month contract to
Act as a Change Manager within HRS and, for the full term of his
contract, his daily focus will be on the reform of human resource
service delivery. He has an extensive background as a human resource
manager in the private sector, working in the banking and finance
and communications industries both in Australia and overseas.

- workforce & careers
- internal witness support
- employee relations
